Please note that by purchasing this listing, you are placing a non-refundable deposit for a custom item.
Item requirements:
A plain knit jumper with no existing embellishments, including but not limited to: beading, cable knits, logos, printing, Fair isle or similar patterning.
Medium to chunky knits work best for this design.
Any size from baby up to adult.
What happens next?
Please provide an actively in use email address during checkout, as you will be contacted via this method to discuss your order requirements. These include:

- What initial would you like embroidered?
Once we have agreed your requirements, you will be sent a private listing to settle the total costs. Prices for this design start at £15 for baby items, £20 for kids, and £25 for adults.

Where does the item come from?
You can send me an item you already own, or buy an item online and have it delivered to me. This could be from a preloved website such as Vinted, or brand new from an online site.
Can you source it for me?
I can! A non-refundable deposit of £5 will be required for this service.
What can I send?
Any item that meets the listing requirements (above) that is clean and in good condition.
How should I send it?
Full details will be sent after a purchase is made, but you should send your item to me using a tracked service and in clean, waterproof packaging. I am not responsible for items that get lost or damaged on their way to me. Postage is at buyer's cost.
Can you fix my item for me?
No - this is not a mending or alteration service.
Can I combine designs?
You can! When we discuss your design requirements, you can indicate multiple listings that you would like to use as inspiration.
When will my item be ready?
Up to 6 weeks from when your item arrives in the studio. This turnaround time is often much shorter, but please allow up to 6 weeks. You will receive updates when your item arrives, when it enters production, and when it dispatches. Please provide an email that is actively in use to receive these updates, and any questions about your order.
Can I pay to have my item sooner?
No. Orders will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
